Sina Gerdes-Walter

I have more than 10 years of legal experience in the medical technology/aid industry, first as an officer in the service provider association rehaVital, then as head of the legal and contract department and in-house lawyer of a nationwide medical technology company.

Since 2018, I have been running my own law firm specializing in the healthcare sector and as a specialist lawyer in employment law.

In addition, in recent years I have been able to establish my legal advice in other sectors and help start-ups with their foundation.

I completed my law studies with additional economic training (focus on commercial and corporate law) in Osnabrück in 2006 and subsequently completed my legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Dresden with a focus on labor and social law.
